At Dansmart, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at dansmartinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Attach clear photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective
- Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item back
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item)
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at dansmartinfo@gmail.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)
